Traditionally speaking running speed has been considered a born trait; you either have it or you don't. Here at Twin Speed Elite (TSE) we believe speed is a skill that can be trained, developed, and redefined over time. We will introduce athletes to our various programs that will enhance their running power, running efficiency, footwork, and body control. Our style of training will maximize athletes fast-twitch muscle firing, which will allow for the enhancement of acceleration and velocity.
